2. Payments & Billing
- Payments must be made according to the agreed project terms.
- Payment may occur via PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
- Work begins only after the initial deposit or full payment is received.
- All payments are non-refundable once work has started (see Refund Policy).
3. Project Timelines
- Estimated delivery times will be provided before starting a project.
- Timelines may change due to client delays in providing content, feedback, or access.
- Barwservices is not responsible for delays caused by the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
- Website content (text, images, product info, etc.)
- Access to platforms (hosting, domain, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
- Accurate information for advertising campaigns
Barwservices is not liable for issues caused by missing or incorrect client information.
5. Revisions & Modifications
- Each project includes a set number of revisions as agreed beforehand.
- Additional revisions or major changes may incur additional fees.
- Major redesigns after project completion require a new agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
- Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment.
- Barwservices may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
7. Digital Advertising Policies
For Facebook Ads and Google Ads:
- Results are influenced by competition, budget, and market conditions.
- Barwservices does not guarantee sales or specific results.
- Ad spend budgets are always the client’s responsibility.
- We manage and optimize campaigns to the best of our ability.
8. Website Maintenance Terms
Our maintenance service includes:
- Updates
- Fixes
- Backups
- Speed optimization
- Security checks
It does not include major redesigns, new pages, or structural changes.
9. Refund Policy
Barwservices does not offer refunds for:
- Completed work
- Projects already started
- Monthly/annual maintenance plans
- Digital advertising management
- Social media management
Partial refunds may be considered only if no work has begun.
10. Limitation of Liability
Barwservices is not responsible for:
- Loss of revenue
- Website downtime caused by hosting providers
- Third-party tools or platform issues
- Errors caused by client actions
- Incorrect or incomplete client-provided information
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service(s).
11. Privacy
We may collect and store personal information such as name, email, phone number, and project details.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

12. Termination
We may terminate a project or service if:
- The client violates these Terms
- Payments are not made on time
- The client is abusive or uncooperative
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
